Callison, a Seattle-based architecture firm is offering new real estate research services.
Callison announced today the addition of a new service called Callison Real Estate Strategies that will offer strategic business and real estate analysis and planning.
The new service will be lead by Yves Mizrahi, who will serve as President of Callison Real Estate Strategies. Mizrahi was most recently Senior Director of Strategic Planning and Consulting for CB Richard Ellis in Seattle, where he specialized in retail. He has collaborated with Callison on multiple clients including Wachovia Bank, Cabela’s, Nike and Washington Mutual.
Callison’s leadership position in retail design and Mizrahi’s 25 years of senior experience in strategic business planning combine to bring clients a fully integrated resource for creating and maximizing successful brands. Along with Callison’s Brand Experience service, which offers consumer research and benchmarking, brand development, naming and brand communications strategy, the firm offers a broad range of retail services that span prototype development to multiple market roll out.
