Central Terminal Expansion Project
ABKJ
ABKJ designed the focal point of the terminal, the grand
open space, which is 300-ft. long and 100-ft. wide and 60-ft.
high with a glass cable net wall. Other features included
moving 26 existing columns to adjust allow for better traffic
flow and the use of hollow core precast planks on the roofs
of the mechanical penthouses to maximize available volume.
