Lincoln Square
Skanska
USA
Skanska took over a project in Bellevue Wash., which had
been dormant for over a year, and was under management of
its third developer. Limited site access, was a detriment
to the project schedule. The site has no staging area and
over 6,000 deliveries were scheduled to allow just in time
delivery.

Legacy Salmon Creek
Skanska
USA
Skanska USA, Portland placed $6 million in construction each
month, resulting in the biggest project Clark County, Washington,
has ever seen. The fast paced schedule, coupled with its size,
required flexibility, innovative construction methods and
a solid work ethic.
The building also uses some sustainable features such as
linoleum rather than vinyl to reduce the life cycle impact,
maximized daylighting and used interior finishes to reduce
off gassing
